He has co-developed the most popular CNC Course content in Ireland and spent 4 years so far upskilling employees from precision engineering companies across the country, ensuring they meet the industry's rigorous standards.
He also has 5 years of experience selecting candidates and conducting job interviews, demonstrating a sharp eye for talent. His ability to identify the right people for the right roles has been crucial to the success of the business.
